1. Who you are agreeing with
This site is operated by Soaring Spirit GmbH, a limited liability company registered in the Canton of Bern, Switzerland, under CHE-271.410.648, with its registered office at Oberdorfstrasse 36A, 3053 Münchenbuchsee. Perigee is a brand of that company. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Soaring Spirit GmbH, and "you" means the person using the site.

2. What these terms cover
They cover this website, the updates published on it, and any account you hold here.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell anything. There is no product for sale, no price and no delivery date. When there is, the sale will have its own terms and they will be the ones that govern it.
3. Your account
An account is personal to you. Sign in is by a code sent to your email address, or by a passkey you register, so control of your inbox and of your devices is what protects the account — please keep both to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has access.
You are responsible for what is done under your account. You may close it at any time from your account page. We may suspend or withdraw an account, or any part of the access it carries, if these terms are broken.
4. Unreleased material
Parts of this site describe prototypes that have not flown and work that has not been announced. If you are given access to any of it, it is for you to read and not for you to republish, forward or quote in public.
This is the condition on which pilots write honestly here about equipment that is still being developed, which is the only reason any of it is worth reading.
5. What you write here
You keep ownership of what you write — posts, comments, proposed edits, test reports and anything you upload. You give us permission to store it, to show it to the people the platform is meant to show it to, and to publish it where you have published it yourself.
You are telling us, by posting it, that it is yours to post and that publishing it breaks nobody else's rights.
Where you have a separate written agreement with us covering your work, that agreement governs it and this section yields to it. Nothing here changes who owns, or is paid for, work done under a contract.
6. Using the site
Do not attack the site or abuse the people on it. Either is grounds for withdrawing an account under section 3.
7. What is published here, and what it is worth
Perigee is a development project. What is published is a record of work in progress: objectives rather than measurements, and subject to change. Nothing has flown yet. Figures, intentions and plans described here are not specifications and are not commitments.
8. Flying
Speedflying is dangerous and can kill or seriously injure you.
Nothing on this site is instruction, training or advice on how to fly, what to fly, or whether to fly. Get your training from a qualified instructor, and make your own decisions about your own flying, your own equipment and your own conditions. Those decisions, and what follows from them, are yours.
9. Availability
We run this site carefully and we keep it up. What we do not offer is a service level: there is no uptime commitment, we may take the site down for maintenance or change or withdraw any part of it, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Privacy
What we do with your data is set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes
These terms may change. The revision is shown at the top of this page, and the revision you accepted is recorded against your account when you set it up. A change of substance gets a new revision; if one ever needs accepting again, we will ask.
13. Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, and the courts at our registered office have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
